  • What are the resource and cost implications of managing a community?
  • How do we measure success with online communities?
  • Why is customer service important?
  • What part of an organization should manage the communities?
  • What is the role of the Community Manager and why is this important?
  • What rules do you use to govern your communities.
  • How do you prevent someone from spoofing or hijacking your site?
  • How do you manage a troll on your site?
  • How do you develop a social media strategy? Why is it important?
  • What about mobile technology?  What role does that play?
  • How does the culture of your organization need to change in order to successfully manage a community or multiple communities?

If you would like to submit a speaker/panel submission, please describe what you will talk about, what organization you are representing, the format you are proposing, and how your proposal maps to the Camp themes. Creativity is encouraged!
